DeleteAbsolutely most of the airlines are facing difficulties when it comes to staff training as well as recruitment. Due to the travel restrictions during the pandemic all the airlines had to stopped their operations and it was a huge impact to the aviation industry.

DeleteYes Neashara, the training and development in any organization plays a vital role in building the organization in the long run. The necessity in the training and development hit the airline industry during the pandemic period. The employees weren't trained well during that period therefore now they are facing a lack of well-trained employees to perform tasks that require expertise (eg: the aircraft engineers, mechanics, etc.), thereby creating delays and the operations of flights that are not up to the standard. So, the mandatory needs to be done regularly in order to handle any scenario.

The epidemic brought with it hitherto unheard-of difficulties, including as extreme financial hardship and operational disruptions, which would have made training less effective.
